        Hankintayksikkö pyytää tarjoustanne kalustehankinnoista tarjouspyyntöasiakirjojen mukaisesti.

        Hankinta on jaettu neljään (4) osakokonaisuuteen:

        1. Toimisto- ja julkitilakalusteet

        2. Oppilas- ja koulukalusteet

        3. Varhaiskasvatuksen kalusteet

        4. Hoivakoti- ja seniorikalusteet.

        Hankintasopimus alkaa 1.1.2019 tai aikaisintaan hankintapäätöksen saatua lainvoiman. Sopimuskausi on kaksi (2) vuotta + kaksi (2) vuotta optio. Optiokauden käyttöönotto on tarkemmin selostettu sopimusluonnoksessa.

        Puitejärjestelyyn valitaan vähintään kolme (3) vertailussa eniten pisteitä saanutta toimittajaa per osakokonaisuus. Puitejärjestelyn toimintatapa sopimuskaudella on eritelty sopimuspohjassa kohdassa 6. Kaikki hankinnassa mukana olevat yhteisöt on lueteltu tarjouspyynnön liitteessä 1.

        Tarjouskilpailua koskevat kysymykset on jätettävä 1.11. kello 12:00 mennessä tarjouspyynnössä ilmoitetun mukaisesti.
