        Digitaalisten palveluiden toteutuksen tehtävät keskittyvät ohjelmistokehitykseen, jonka lisäksi osa-alueeseen sisältyy myös ohjelmistokehitykseen liittyviä tukipalveluita. Digitaalisten palveluiden toteutus kattaa lisäksi suunnittelun ja toteutuksen sekä toteutuksen ja tuotannon välimaastoon asettuvat palvelut, joilla taataan sujuva siirtymä vaiheesta toiseen.

        Digitaalisten palveluiden tuotannon tuen tehtävät keskittyvät tuotantokäyttöön otettujen sovellusten hallinnointiin ja tukemiseen Kevan Microsoft Azure -pilvipalveluympäristössä tai harvinaisemmissa tapauksissa Kevan on-premise-palvelimilla. Osa-alueen vastuisiin kuuluu lisäksi puitejärjestelyn kehitysympäristön hallinta sekä keskitetysti hallittavat laadunvarmistuksen osat, käytännössä sovellusten automatisoidut testit.

Osa-alueen ennakoitu arvo on sovellusten hallinnoinnin ja tukemisen osalta laskettu arvioimalla puitejärjestelyn aikana syntyvien palvelusopimusten määrä ja jokaisen arvo 48 kuukaudelta. Ennakoitu arvo ei siten kokonaisuudessaan tule toteutumaan puitejärjestelyn aikana, vaan pidemmällä ajanjaksolla.
