Kevan kiinteistöyksikössä on tavoitteena siirtyä sähköiseen työympäristöön, dokumenttien hallintaan ja digitalisoida Kevan kiinteistöyhtiöiden hallinto siten, että vuorovaikutus ulkoisten isännöitsijätoimistojen ja Kevan kiinteistöhallinnon kanssa perustuu sähköiseen toimintatapaan. Kevan ulkopuolisille toimijoille, kuten isännöitsijätoimistoille, halutaan antaa mahdollisuus käyttää samaa järjestelmää ja tuottaa ja katsella sähköisesti dokumentteja. Ulkopuolisilla toimijoilla ei ole pääsyä Kevan verkkoon, eli ratkaisuun täytyy päästä myös julkiverkosta.
