        Vanhus- ja vammaispalveluiden kuljetukset henkilöautolla. Ajoneuvon tavaratilaan mahtuu kokoon taittuva rollaattori tai pyörätuoli, ja kyytiin voidaan ottaa samanaikaisesti vähintään kolme (3) matkustajaa. Vanhustenhuollon ja vammaispalveluiden toimintayksiköt tai seniori- tai vammaisneuvosto tekevät mm. retkiä tai käyntejä. Tässä kohteessa yhteistarjousta ei voi tehdä, vaan jokainen tarjoaja laatii oman tarjouksensa. Tämän kohteen osalta valittu palveluntuottaja laskuttaa suoraan palveluntuottajaa (laskutus ei kulje Tampereen Aluetaksi Oy:n kautta). Tähän kohteeseen valitaan kolme (3) kokonaistaloudellisesti edullisinta palveluntuottajaa.

Ajoneuvoon saa tarvittaessa kaksi (2) pyörätuolipaikkaa, jotka sisältyvät paikkamäärään 1+8. Vanhustenhuollon ja vammaispalveluiden toimintayksiköt tai seniori- tai vammaisneuvosto tekevät mm. retkiä tai käyntejä. Tässä kohteessa yhteistarjousta ei voi tehdä, vaan jokainen tarjoaja laatii oman tarjouksensa. Tämän kohteen osalta valittu palveluntuottaja laskuttaa suoraan palveluntuottajaa (laskutus ei kulje Tampereen Aluetaksi Oy:n kautta).         Lempäälän toimintakeskus (osoite Hauralantie 6) järjestää päivä- ja työtoimintaa arkisin. Toimintakeskuksessa on seitsemän (7) työntekijää. Lempääläläisiä käy toimintakeskuksella noin 25, joista osa tarvitsee kuljetuksen toimintakeskukselle. Samalla reitillä voi olla kuitenkin muun kunnan maksama asiakas. Ajoneuvon rekisteröity istumapaikkamäärä on 1+8. Ajoneuvoon saa tarvittaessa kaksi (2) pyörätuolipaikkaa, jotka sisältyvät paikkamäärään 1+8. Kultasiiven asumisyksiköstä (Einolantie 3) käy asiakkaita sekä Pesäpuussa että Lempäälän toimintakeskuksessa. Tässä kohteessa yhteistarjousta ei voi tehdä, vaan jokainen tarjoaja laatii oman tarjouksensa. Tämän kohteen osalta valittu palveluntuottaja laskuttaa suoraan palveluntuottajaa (laskutus ei kulje Tampereen Aluetaksi Oy:n kautta).         Vanhustyöstä tai vammaistyöstä myönnetään sosiaalihuolto- ja vammaispalvelulain mukaiset kuljetuspalvelut (shl- ja vpl-lakien mukaiset kuljetuspalvelut). Lisäksi vammaispalveluista myönnetään myös työ- ja opiskelumatkat. Samalla selvitetään asiakkaan tarkemmat tarpeet koskien kuljetuspalvelua. Esimerkiksi ns. tuttu taksi -oikeus määritellään asiakaskohtaisesti. Samoin oikeus saattamispalveluun määritellään yksilöllisesti. Kohteeseen pyritään valitsemaan henkilöautoja, pieniä esteettömiä autoja ja isoja esteettömiä autoja. Tämän kohteen osalta valittu palveluntuottajien laskutus ohjautuu Tampereen Aluetaksi Oy:n kautta. Tähän kohteeseen valitaan 15 kokonaistaloudellisesti edullisinta palveluntuottajaa. Lisäksi valitut palveluntuttajat sitoutuvat hankkimaan Tampereen Aluetaksi Oy:n välityspalvelun mahdollistavat laitteet, ohjelmistot yms.
