        Hankinnan kohteena ovat AV-laitteet sekä tarvittaessa niihin liittyvät palvelut, kuten suunnittelu, asennus, takuu- ja huoltopalvelut, koulutus- sekä ohjelmointipalvelut. Laitteita tulee pystyä toimittamaan maanlaajuisesti. Palveluja tilataan tarvittaessa ja tällä hetkellä palvelujen tarve on Kuopion ja Tampereen seuduilla. Valituilla toimittajilla palvelujen tulee olla saatavilla vähintään joko Kuopioon tai Tampereelle.

        Toimittajalla tulee olla tarjota seuraavat palvelut:
