         Hankinta koski Porin kaupungin ja tarvittaessa hankintapalvelujen yhteistoiminta- ja yhteistyötahojen tarpeisiin hankittavia raskaiden ja kevyeiden ajoneuvojen sekä työkoneiden renkaiden hankintaa ja niihin liittyviä rengaspalveluja. Rengaspalvelut käsittivät myös tarvittavat tienpäällä suoritettavat rengaspalvelut, esim. renkaan rikkoutuminen ajon aikana. Sopimuskausi alkoi kun hankintapäätös oli saanut lainvoiman ja sopimus allekirjoitettu.

         Sopimus voimassa 30.11.2020 asti, jonka jälkeen mahdolliset yksi (1) + yksi (1) optiovuotta.

         Hankinta oli jaettu seuraaviin osiin:

         Osa 1. Henkilö- ja pakettiautot

         Osa 2. Raskaskalusto ja työkoneet.

         Hankintayksikkö pidätti oikeuden tarvittaessa teettää rengaspalveluja myös muilla toimijoilla äkillisissä tapauksissa esim. sopimustoimittajan etäisyys rengasrikkotapauksissa.
