         Työaikalaki velvoittaa työnantajaa pitämään työaikakirjanpitoa, jonka vuoksi Monetra Oy hakee tällä tarjouspyynnöllä työajan hallintajärjestelmän -palvelua, joka sisältää työajanhallintajärjestelmän ja siihen liittyvät laitteet sekä kaiken niihin liittyvän suunnittelun, toteutuksen, mahdollisen ylläpidon sekä asiakaspalvelun. Työaikakirjaukset toimivat palkanmaksun pohjana ja järjestelmä toimii myös apuna työvuorosuunnitelmien laadinnassa. Järjestelmän tulee pystyä tulkitsemaan AvaintaTES:ä, KVTES:ä ja mahdollisia muita työehtosopimuksia sopimuksen mukaan sekä soveltua työaikapankin käyttöön. Lisäksi järjestelmän pitää olla paikasta ja ajasta riippumaton, SaaS-ympäristössä toimiva sekä selain- ja mobiilikäyttöinen. Järjestelmää käytetään myös työajan kohdistamiseen projekteille sekä tuntilaskutuksen tietojen keräämiseen.
