        Tämän tarjouskilpailun perusteella valitaan etusijajärjestyksessä kolme (3) kokonaistaloudellisesti edullisinta puitesopimuskumppania, jos kelpoisuusehdot täyttäviä toimittajia on riittävästi. Tilaajatahoilla on oikeus hankkia myös muita näyttöjä ja muita kokonaisuuteen liittyviä tarvikkeita tarpeen mukaan. Puitejärjestelyyn valittujen tarjoajien kesken suoritetaan tällöin kevennetty kilpailutus kunkin tilaajatahon tarpeen mukaisista laitteista, jotka voivat poiketa esimerkkikokoonpanosta. Kilpailutettavien tuotteiden tulee täyttää tilaajatahon edellyttämät laatuvaatimukset. Vertailuperusteena käytetään tällöin halvinta hintaa. Puitesopimuskumppanien kanssa sovitaan yhteyshenkilöt, jotka hankintoja tekevät.
