         Varsinais-Suomen Ely-keskus pyytää tarjoustanne joukkoliikennepalvelujen hoitamisesta ajalla 8.8.2019–7.8.2022 reiteillä Kemiönsaari-Perniö-Salo ja Förby-Perniö-Salo. Sopimus sisältää option sopimuksen jatkamisesta ajalle 8.8.2022–7.8.2024. Varsinaisen sopimuksen ja mahdollisen optiokauden todelliset päättymispäivät elokuussa kouluvuoden mukaisesti.

         Liikenne hankitaan bruttosopimuksella. Bruttosopimuksella tarkoitetaan palvelusopimusasetuksen (1370/2007) ja erityisalojen hankintalain (1398/2016) tarkoittamaa joukkoliikenteen palvelusopimusta, jossa lipputuloriski on tilaajalla. Tämän hankinnan sisältämälle liikenteelle myönnetään palvelusopimusasetuksen mukainen yksinoikeus erillisellä hallinnollisella päätöksellä vastineena julkisen palvelun velvoitteiden hoitamisesta. Lippu- ja maksujärjestelmävaatimukset sekä liikennepalvelulain edellyttämät yhteentoimivuusvaatimukset (320/2017, III osa 2 luku 3 §) on kuvattu tarkemmin tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä.

         Tarjouskilpailu koskee joukkoliikennepalveluita yhteysväleillä Kemiönsaari–Perniö–Salo, Förby–Perniö–Salo ajalla 8.8.2019–7.8.2022. Tilaajat varaavat mahdollisuuden jatkaa sopimusta optiokaudella 8.8.2022–7.8.2024.

         Kokonaisuudesta on muodostettu yksi (1) hankintakohde, jonka liikennöintiä hoitamaan tullaan valitsemaan yksi (1) tarjoaja tai tarjousyhteenliittymä. Kyse on yhteishankinnasta, jossa tilaajina ovat Varsinais-Suomen ELY-keskus ja Salon kaupunki.
