        Hankinnan kohteena ovat Porvoon kaupungin esi- ja perusopetuksen oppilaskuljetuspalvelut niille oppilaille, jotka eivät voi käyttää joukkoliikenteen linja-autoja koulumatkoillaan, tässä tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä määritellyillä ehdoilla. Sopimuskausi on 1.8.2019-31.7.2022 + yhden (1) vuoden optio ajalle 1.8.2022-31.7.2023.

        Hankittava palvelu sisältää vuosittaisen reittien ja aikataulujen suunnittelun, aikatauluista tiedottamisen mm. oppilaiden huoltajille tarvittavine päivityksineen ja varsinaisen kuljetuksen sisältäen myös oppilaiden apuvälineiden, kuten pyörätuoli sekä koulunkäyntiin liittyvien tavaroiden esim. sukset, luistimet, pulkka kuljettamisen. Lukuvuonna 2018-2019 koulukuljetusoikeutettuja perusopetuksen oppilaita on yhteensä n. 1 230. Heistä noin 180 oppilasta käyttää koulumatkoillaan pelkästään tilausliikennettä ja n. 250 oppilaista on oikeutettuja käyttämään joukkoliikennettä täydentävää tilausliikennettä tarpeen mukaan.
