         Vartioimisalueen piiriin kuuluu koko Länsi-Pohjan keskussairaalan alue, mukaan lukien sairaalarakennus, hallintorakennus, piha ja pysäköintialueet sekä psykiatrian väistötilat Merikatu 3:ssa Kemissä. Hankintaan kuuluu myös piirinvartijan kierros yhden (1) kerran yössä Keroputaan sairaalan alueella Torniossa, osoitteessa: Toivolantie 1

         95410 Tornio.

         Toiminta-aika on yhdeksän (9) tuntia vuoden jokaisena päivänä klo 21:00–6:00, yhden (1) henkilön resurssilla. Yritys nimeää vähintään neljä (4) vartijaa ja palvelusta vastaavan esimiehen, jotka perehdytetään kohteeseen. Lisäksi hankintaan sisältyy sairaala-apteekin murtojärjestelmä (kolme (3) kiinteää hälytyspainiketta, viisi (5) liiketunnistinta ja kaksi (2) ovimagneettia), sairaalan kameravalvontajärjestelmä laitteineen sekä vartijakutsupainikkeet. Palveluntuottaja asentaa valvontakamerat (39 kpl) sekä muut tarvittavat laitteet tilaajan osoittamiin paikkoihin, tilaaja suorittaa kaapeloinnin. Lisäksi palveluntuottajan tulee ylläpitää tilaajan omistamia kameroita.

         2) Palvelua on mahdollista laajentaa ympärivuorokautiseksi.
