         Espoon kaupunki (myöhemmin myös tilaaja) pyytää tarjousta maanrakentamisessa käytettävistä suodatin- ja lujitekankaista. Suodatin- ja lujitekankaita käytetään pääasiassa Espoon kaupungin katu- ja viherrakentamisen tarpeisiin sekä vähäisessä määrin kaupungin muiden yksiköiden tarpeisiin. Arvioidut kokonaismäärät laskennalliselle neljälle (4) vuodelle on suodatinkankaiden osalta 400 000 m2 ja lujitekankaiden osalta 60 000 m2. Espoon kaupunki ei voi sitoutua tiettyihin hankintamääriin sopimuskauden aikana.

         Tarjousten perusteella tullaan valitsemaan yksi (1) tavarantoimittaja osa-alueelle 1. Suodatinkankaat ja yksi (1) tavarantoimittaja osa-alueelle 2. Lujitekankaat. Tarjoaja voi jättää tarjouksen molemmille osa-alueille, jolloin sama tavarantoimittaja voidaan valita molemmille osa-alueille. Kullekkin osa-alueelle tullaan valitsemaan myös yksi (1) varatoimittaja. Sopimus on voimassa toistaiseksi.

         Hankinnan kohteena on maanrakentamisessa käytettävät suodatinkankaat. Tarjoajan tulee tarjota tarjouksessaan CE-merkittyjen suodatinkankaiden N1-, N2-, N3-, N4- ja N5 -luokkia (NorGeoSpec). Suodatinkankaiden tulee olla valmistettu polypropeenista. Tarjottavien suodatinkankaiden leveyksien tulee olla n. 4 000 mm ja 4 500-5 500 mm. Myös muita tarjolla olevia leveyksiä voidaan tarpeen mukaan tilata. Pakkaus rullina tai sovitusti.

Lujitekankaiden tulee olla valmistettu polyesteristä tai polypropeenista. Tarjottavien lujitekankaiden leveyksien tulee olla n. 5 000 mm. Myös muita tarjolla olevia leveyksiä voidaan tarpeen mukaan tilata. Pakkaus rullina tai sovitusti.
