         II.2.4.1 Urakkamuoto

         Kohteen urakkamuotona on jaettu urakka. Rakennusteknisten töiden urakoitsija toimii pääurakoitsijana ja lainsäädännön tarkoittamana päätoteuttajana vastaten työmaan johtovelvollisuuksista ja työmaapalveluista. Pääurakkaan/rakennusurakkaan sisältyvät uudisrakennuksen rakennustekniset työt tarjouspyyntöasiakirjojen mukaisesti. Pääurakoitsijalle alistetut sivu-urakat (4 kpl) ovat:

         - Putki- ja sprinkleriurakka

         - Ilmanvaihto- ja rakennusautomaatiourakka

         - Vedenkäsittelyn urakka

         - Sähkö- ja tietoteknisten järjestelmien urakka.

         Pääurakasta ja alistetuista sivu-urakoista on järjestetty jokaisesta erillinen rajoitetun hankintamenettelyn mukainen tarjouskilpailu. Erilliset maalämpö- sekä aurinkosähköjärjestelmän urakat toteutetaan rakennuttajan erillisurakoina ja niitä ei alisteta pääurakkaan. Näistä järjestetään erillinen avoimen hankintamenettelyn mukainen tarjouskilpailu rakennusvaiheessa v.2020. Urakka-aika on 1.10.2019-4.1. 2022.
