         II.2.4.1 Urakkamuoto

         Urakkamuotona on jaettu urakka. Ilmanvaihto- ja rakennusautomaatiourakkaan sisältyvät uudisrakennuksen ilmanvaihto- ja rakennusautomaatiotyöt tarjouspyyntöasiakirjojen mukaisessa laajuudessa. Rakennusteknisten töiden urakoitsija toimii pääurakoitsijana ja lainsäädännön tarkoittamana päätoteuttajana vastaten työmaan johtovelvollisuuksista ja työmaapalveluista. Pääurakoitsijalle alistetut neljä (4) sivu-urakkaa:

         – Putki- ja sprinkleriurakka

         – Ilmanvaihto- ja rakennusautomaatiourakka

         – Vedenkäsittelyn urakka

         – Sähkö- ja tietoteknisten järjestelmien urakka.

         Alistetuista sivu-urakoista ja pääurakasta on järjestetty jokaisesta oma rajoitetun hankintamenettelyn mukainen tarjouskilpailunsa. Maalämpö- sekä aurinkosähköjärjestelmän urakat toteutetaan rakennuttajan erillisurakoina. Niitä ei alisteta pääurakkaan. Näistä järjestetään erillinen avoimen hankintamenettelyn mukainen tarjouskilpailu rakennusvaiheessa v. 2020. Urakka-aika on 1.10. 2019–4.1.2022.
