Hankinta sisältää Chat-ratkaisun, Chatbot-työkalun sekä niiden vaatiman kehitys- ja ylläpitotyön tarvittavassa määrin. Tavoitteena on, että Chatbot pystyisi hoitamaan yli 50 % asiakaskontaktoinnista ja näin vähentämään Kevaan tulevia puheluita ja asiakasneuvojan Chat-keskusteluja. Hankinta tehdään SaaS-ratkaisuna eli palveluhankintana.

Osiin jakaminen aiheuttaisi teknisiä ja toiminnallisia ongelmia sekä epäselvyyksiä vastuukysymyksissä.
