         II.2.4.1 Urakkamuoto

         Urakkamuotona on jaettu urakka. Vedenkäsittelyn urakkaan sisältyvät uudisrakennuksen vedenkäsittelyn työt tarjouspyyntöasiakirjojen mukaisessa laajuudessa. Rakennusteknisten töiden urakoitsija toimii pääurakoitsijana ja lainsäädännön tarkoittamana päätoteuttajana vastaten työmaan johtovelvollisuuksista ja työmaapalveluista.

         Pääurakoitsijalle alistetut sivu-urakat (4 kpl) ovat:

         - Putki- ja sprinkleriurakka

         - Ilmanvaihto- ja rakennusautomaatiourakka

         - Vedenkäsittelyn urakka

         - Sähkö- ja tietoteknisten järjestelmien urakka.

         Alistetuista sivu-urakoista ja pääurakasta on järjestetty jokaisesta erillinen rajoitetun hankintamenettelyn mukainen tarjouskilpailu. Erilliset maalämpö- sekä aurinkosähköjärjestelmän urakat toteutetaan rakennuttajan erillisurakoina ja niitä ei alisteta pääurakkaan. Näistä järjestetään erillinen avoimen hankintamenettelyn mukainen tarjouskilpailu rakennusvaiheessa v.2020. Urakka-aika on 1.10. 2019-4.1.2022
