         Hankinnan kohteena on liikennetilannepalvelun operointi-, ylläpito- ja jatkokehitystyö sopimuskauden ajaksi. Liikennetilannepalvelu on verkkopalvelu, joka on tarkoitettu toimivaksi erilaisissa päätelaitteissa. Palvelun tulee skaalautua myös erilaisten mobiilipäätelaitteiden resoluutioille sopivaksi. Palvelu on toteutettu alun perin vuonna 2013, jonka jälkeen palvelun ylläpitoa ja jatkokehittämistä on tehty palvelun alkuperäisen toimittajan toimesta. Nykyinen palvelusopimus päättyy 15.8.2018. Nyt tehtävässä hankinnassa on tarkoitus hankkia palvelun operointi niin, että palvelu pysyy käyttäjille samanlaisena ja myös tekniset ratkaisut olennaisilta osin pitkälti nykyisen kaltaisina.
