         II.2.4.1) Urakkamuoto

         rakkamuotona on jaettu urakka. Sähkö- ja tietoteknisten järjestelmien urakkaan sisältyy kohteen sähkö- ja tietoteknisten järjestelmien työt tarjouspyyntöasiakirjojen mukaisessa laajuudessa. Rakennusteknisten töiden urakoitsija toimii pääurakoitsijana ja lainsäädännön tarkoittamana päätoteuttajana vastaten työmaan johtovelvollisuuksista ja työmaapalveluista.

         Pääurakoitsijalle alistetut sivu-urakat ovat:

         - Putki- ja sprinkleriurakka - Ilmanvaihto- ja rakennusautomaatiourakka

         - Vedenkäsittelyn urakka

         - Sähkö- ja tietotekn. järjestelmien urakka.

         Alistetuista sivu-urakoista sekä pääurakasta on järjestetty jokaisesta oma rajoitetun hankintamenettelyn mukainen tarjouskilpailu. Erilliset maalämpö- sekä aurinkosähköjärjestelmän urakat toteutetaan rakennuttajan erillisurakoina.Niitä ei alisteta pääurakkaan. Niistä järjestetään erillinen avoimen hankintamenettelyn mukainen tarjouskilpailu rakennusvaiheessa v. 2020.
