         Tällä hankinnalla valittiin toimittaja kotiaterioiden kuljetuspalveluun Vantaan sosiaalitoimen avopalveluiden asiakkaille. Hankinta koski näiden kuljetusten hoitamista lain vaatimien lupien nojalla. Valitun sopimustoimittajan tuli noudattaa aina voimassa olevaa lainsäädäntöä ja niiden perusteella annettuja asetuksia mm. turvallisuusjärjestelyistä, tieliikenteen sosiaalilainsäädännön miehistöä, ajoaikoja, taukoja ja lepoaikoja koskevia Euroopan parlamentin ja neuvoston asetuksen EY nro 561/2006 säädöksiä ja määräyksiä sekä tilaajan antamia ohjeita.
