         Hankinta käsittää Centria-ammattikorkeakoulun Talonpojankatu 2:n kampuksen peruskorjauksen suunnittelun kokonaissuunnitteluna sisältäen pää-, arkkitehti, rakenne-, LVIA-, sähkö-, AV- ja akustiikkasuunnittelun.

         Rakennus on valmistunut vuosina 1974–77 ja se on peruskorjattu vuonna 2005 Laajennusosa on valmistunut vuonna 2006.

         Rakennuksen kokonaispinta-ala on 9 519 neliötä. Peruskorjauksen laajuutena on noin 8 078 brm2.

         Hanke käsittää nykyisen koulurakennuksen peruskorjaus- ja muutostyöt siten, että tilat vastaavat paremmin muuttuneita tarpeita. Hankkeessa tullaan kiinnittämään erityistä huomiota kiinteistön monikäyttöisyyteen, valoisuuteen, turvallisuuteen sekä esteettömyyteen. Tavoitteena on saada aikaan rakenteiltaan riskitön, toiminnallisesti tasokas rakennus ja ympäristö, huomioiden rakennustekniset ja kustannuspuitteen määrittelemät rajoitukset.
