        Hankinnan kohteena olivat tilausajona suoritettavat oppilaskuljetukset. Tilaaja järjestää oppilaskuljetukset ensisijaisesti olemassa olevaa linjaliikennettä käyttäen. Mikäli linjaliikenteen reitti tai aikataulu ei sovellu myönteisen koulukuljetuspäätöksen saaneen oppilaan koulumatkoihin tai oppilaan kohdalla toteutuu muu tilaajan koulukuljetuksen myöntämisperuste, järjestetään oppilaan koulukuljetus tilausajona.

        Tilaaja varaa mahdollisuuden myös esiopetuksen kuljetusten mahdolliseen yhdistämiseen koulukuljetusten kanssa. Oppilaskuljetukset pyritään järjestämään säännöllisinä reitteinä. Täsmälliset oppilaskuljetusten aikataulut ja reitit tarkentuvat koulujen lukujärjestysten ja oppilaiden koulukuljetuspäätösten vahvistuttua. Kuljetusreitit muodostetaan kohteittain.
