        Liikennöintisopimuksen sisältö on määritelty liitteenä 2 olevassa asiakirjassa ”Bruttokorvaukseen perustuvan liikennöintisopimuksen sopimusehdot”.

        Tässä sopimusmallissa lipputulot kuuluvat tilaajalle.

        Sopimukseen sovelletaan Euroopan parlamentin ja neuvoston asetusta (EY) N:o 1370/2007 (palvelusopimusasetus), joukkoliikennelakia (869/2009), lakia liikenteen palveluista (320/2017) ja erityisalojen hankintalakia (1398/2016). Näitä sopimusehtoja noudatetaan bruttokorvaukseen perustuvassa liikennöintisopimuksen mukaisessa liikenteessä, jossa liikenteenharjoittaja tai tämän valtuuttama taho toteuttaa lippu- ja maksujärjestelmän.
