Uuden järjestelmän tavoitteena on tukea paremmin asiakaspalveluprosessia sekä puhelimessa, chatissa ja sähköpostissa. Hankintaan kuuluu myös ohjelmistopuhelin kaikkien kevalaisten käyttöön sekä yhtenäinen tavoitettavuus ja tilatieto (matkapuhelin, ohjelmistopuhelin, skype).

         Tällä hankinnalla hankitaan Kevalle uusi puhelinvaihderatkaisu, vaihteenhoitajan ohjelmisto, asiakaspalveluohjelmisto, mobiililiittymät sekä tarvittavat integroinnit. Edellä mainittu kokonaisuus hankitaan palveluna.

         Hankinnan kohteena on:

         – Kevan puhelinvaihderatkaisu,

         – Kevan matkapuhelinliittymät sisältäen mobiilidatan,

         – Kevan IP-puheluliittymät (ohjelmistopuhelin),

         – Kevan puhelinvaihteenhoitajan puhelunvälitysohjelmisto liityntöineen,

         – Kevan asiakaspalveluohjelmisto (Contact Center) liityntöineen Kevan asiakashallintajärjestelmään (Elmo, D365) sekä eri kanaviin (sähköposti, chat, some, asiakaspalaute).

         Hankinta ei sisällä chatbot-ratkaisun hankintaa, mutta hankittavan chat-ratkaisun oletetaan integroituvan markkinoilla oleviin yleisempiin chatbot-ratkaisuihin.
