Ennakkoilmoitus koskee Mikkelin kaupungin koulukuljetusten hoitamista joukkoliikenneluvan ja/tai taksiluvan nojalla.

Sopimuskausi sisältää koulujen työpäivät vuosina 2019 ja 2020 sekä optiot vuosille 2021 ja 2022. Sopimusta voidaan jatkaa kahdella optiovuodella, vuosi kerrallaan. Hankinta sisältää useita kohteita, jotka määritellään tarkemmin myöhemmin julkaistavissa tarjouspyyntöasiakirjoissa. Osaan kohteista sisältyy koulukuljetusten lisäksi varhaiskasvatuksen, esiopetuksen sekä aamu- ja iltapäivätoiminnan kuljetuksia.

Tarjouskilpailu on avoin kaikille liikenteenharjoittajille, joilla on taksiluvan tai joukkoliikenneluvan perusteella oikeus henkilöliikenteen harjoittamiseen ja joilla on kohteeseen sopivaa kalustoa.
